“I personally give them the venue tour, am present at their menu tasting and oversee their reception through dinner,” Crystal says. “I can also recommend vendors who can supply the fine details of their event.”

“I bring mouthwatering Texas flavors to the table,” says Jesse, who has more than 20 years in the culinary industry. “From the Gulf Coast to the Hill Country, the diverse cultures of our state inspire my recipes.”

Wherever possible, Jesse infuses locally-produced ingredients into everything from an appetizer of bacon-wrapped tenderloin garnished with micro-greens to an entrÃ©e of pan-seared rosemary chicken accompanied with fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus.
“I’m passionate about creating a menu that reflects a couple’s tastes and using fresh, eye-catching ingredients that will amaze their guests,” he says.
